As some of you know the disk array for the cluster became corrupt after a failure of the Raid controller. We have replaced the disks and the originals have been sent out to a 3rd party to recover any data that they can. At this point it is not looking good. There were 8 1TB disks with almost 2TB of data that has been lost. This includes our own site and the backups as we did not download the updated backups of our own site before this happened. We will be setting up a temporary site to start taking orders from clients. After we have verified your payment history with our credit card processor or PayPal we will manually setup your account. Billing dates will be set to August 1st unless you have a different payment term. If you paid quarterly, biannually, or annually we will set the billing date to the 1st of the next full month after your payment was made. After your account is created you may upload your backups to your home directory and submit a support ticket. Our support team will restore any backups that you have. **UPDATE** We have been and will continue to work on getting the cluster nodes and temporary client portal online. We should be able to start setting up client accounts by 10AM EST. The data is a complete loss. All attempts to recover data from the drives has failed. The only option is to restore any backups that our clients have available. We have been looking through the workstations here for any backups of the site and have not found any. So the only course of action is to have clients re-signup. Then we will manually search through payment history to get the services setup as they were.
